We participate in the ERAS program and NRMP match process. Information on the ERAS process can be obtained through your medical school. We offer 5 allopathic categorical positions each year.
Our admissions team reviews only ERAS applications meeting our criteria listed below. Documents mailed, faxed, or emailed will not be accepted. The following information will be reviewed from your ERAS application:
COMLEX Level 1 = 1st time pass Level 2 CE = minimum 500 & 1st time pass Level 2 PE = 1st time pass
If you have taken both USMLE and COMLEX, must meet requirements for both

Residents are permitted to take a leave of absence for birth or adoption of a child.
Is your program affiliated with any universities?
Our program has a strong affiliation with Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED). We have M3 students throughout the year in our obstetrics and gynecology clerkship program and M4 electives August through December.
Will your program reconsider or critique my application?
Due to large volume of ERAS applications, this isn't attainable.
Does program offer observerships, shadowing, attendance at grand rounds or didactics?
Due to maximum number of learners, we're unable to offer.

- Three Letters of Recommendation
- USMLE Step I = 1st time pass Step 2 CK = minimum 220 & 1st time pass Step 2 CS = 1st time pass

Criteria to apply:
- All documents submitted via ERAS only
- First time pass for Step/Level 1 and/or Step 2 CK/Level 2 CE
- ECFMG certification is not required when applying
- Core clinical clerkship experience in United States
- May apply up to 2 years from medical school graduation having been engaged in medical education through research or another academic experience during gap
- Application deadline is October 1st
- Institutional policy prohibits hiring new employees who smoke or use nicotine products
